Early-access privacy notice
Last updated: 27 September 2026. Certified Human is an early-access project operated by Joevergil, an individual based in the Philippines. It is not yet a registered business. This notice describes the current interest-registration website, not a future biometric verification service.
Information collected
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, whether you are interested as an individual or business, optional organization name, and the time you consented. Cloudflare Turnstile processes security challenge information to help prevent abuse. We do not request facial images, identity documents, biometric templates, or payment information on this website.
Purpose and choice
We use registration information to maintain an early-access interest list and, when email delivery is enabled, send requested product updates or pilot invitations. Joining does not verify your identity or guarantee admission. You may withdraw from the list by contacting us.

Storage, service providers, and international processing
Registration records are stored using Cloudflare D1 and the website uses Cloudflare Pages and Turnstile. Cloudflare may process information outside the Philippines according to its service arrangements. Authorized project administrators can access registration records. We do not sell the registration list.
Retention
Our intended retention period is up to 12 months from the most recent registration or update, unless earlier deletion is requested or a longer period is necessary under applicable law. Deletion is currently an administrative process, not an automated feature. We will review records and remove those beyond the retention period; backup copies may persist for a limited period according to provider policies.
Your requests
To request access, correction, withdrawal, or deletion of your registration, email joevergilcaletena@gmail.com from your registered address. We may need to confirm that the request relates to your record. Applicable rights depend on your location.
Changes
We will update this notice if the service changes. A future biometric verification service will require a separate, more detailed notice and consent process before any such collection begins.
